Pitseolak Koperqualuk

Pitseolak Koperqualuk (1928–2004) was an influential Inuit artist from Cape Dorset, Nunavut, Canada. Born into a traditional Inuit lifestyle, she began her artistic journey later in life, focusing on printmaking and drawing. Her work is celebrated for its detailed depictions of Inuit legends, daily life, and traditional practices, reflecting the rich oral traditions of her community.
